How TradeIQ Capital provides digital access and handles access-delivery issues.

Digital Service Only
TradeIQ Capital provides digital platform access, simulated evaluation workspaces, analytics, dashboards, and policy resources. No physical goods are shipped.
Access Delivery
Access is delivered digitally after successful registration, verification, payment where applicable, and platform activation. Delivery may appear through the website dashboard, account workspace, email confirmation, or other platform communication.
No Shipping Charges
Because TradeIQ is a digital service, physical shipping charges, courier timelines, and delivery addresses generally do not apply.
Delivery or Access Issues
If payment is captured but access is not provisioned, users should contact support with the registered email, payment reference, plan name, and screenshots if available. TradeIQ may activate access, investigate the payment, or handle the issue under the Refund Policy.
Refund Link
Refunds, failed payments, duplicate payments, and chargebacks are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital delivery does not convert evaluation fees into deposits, investments, brokerage balances, trading capital, or client funds.
