Refund Policy

Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once a challenge is purchased, activated, accessed, or used.

Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once a challenge is purchased, activated, accessed, or used. A conditional 50% fee rebate may apply only if the trader reaches the final stage after evaluation, subject to platform rules and approval.

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy explains how TradeIQ Capital handles evaluation fees, registration fees, accidental payments, and conditional fee refunds.

By purchasing or activating an evaluation challenge, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. General No-Refund Rule

All registration fees, evaluation access fees, and platform access fees are generally non-refundable.

Once a user purchases, activates, accesses, starts, or uses an evaluation challenge, the fee is not refundable except as specifically stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

3. No Refund for Challenge Failure

No refund will be provided if the user:

  • Fails the challenge
  • Breaches daily drawdown
  • Breaches overall drawdown
  • Violates challenge rules
  • Does not meet performance targets
  • Does not meet minimum trading days
  • Stops using the platform
  • Changes their mind after purchase
  • Provides incorrect trade entries
  • Uses the platform improperly
  • Is suspended or disqualified for rule violations

4. No Refund Due to Trading Outcome

TradeIQ Capital does not refund fees based on trading performance or trading losses.

The evaluation access fee grants digital access to the selected challenge. It does not guarantee challenge success, funded-stage review, reward approval, income, or profit.

5. Conditional 50% Fee Rebate at Final Stage

TradeIQ Capital may provide a conditional fee rebate of 50% of the registration or evaluation access fee if the trader successfully reaches the final stage after completing the evaluation requirements.

This rebate is conditional and applies only when:

  • The trader successfully completes all required evaluation stages.
  • No critical rule violation exists.
  • The trader reaches the final stage according to platform rules.
  • The account is approved for the final stage or funded-stage/reward review.
  • The original payment is valid and not disputed, reversed, or fraudulent.
  • The user has not violated these Terms, challenge rules, or platform policies.

This 50% fee rebate is not guaranteed for every user. It applies only to eligible traders who meet the stated conditions.

6. Meaning of Final Stage

For this policy, final stage means the stage after successful evaluation completion where the trader becomes eligible for funded-stage consideration, reward review, or final internal approval according to the applicable challenge rules.

Reaching the final stage does not create automatic funded-stage access, reward approval, or future earnings.

7. Refund Amount

If eligible, the refund will be limited to 50% of the registration or evaluation fee actually paid by the user for that challenge.

Any taxes, payment gateway charges, processing fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party charges may be excluded unless TradeIQ Capital decides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

TradeIQ Capital may review duplicate payments, accidental double charges, failed payment deductions, or technical payment errors.

If a duplicate payment is verified, TradeIQ Capital may refund the duplicate amount after payment provider confirmation.

Users must raise such issues within a reasonable time and provide transaction details.

9. Payment Gateway Failures

If money is deducted but the challenge is not activated due to payment gateway failure, TradeIQ Capital will review the payment status.

If payment is confirmed, the challenge may be activated.

If payment failed but money was deducted, the refund process may depend on the payment provider's settlement and reversal timelines.

10. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, users should contact support with:

  • Registered email address
  • Challenge name
  • Payment date
  • Payment amount
  • Payment reference ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Relevant screenshots or proof, if any

11. Refund Review Timeline

TradeIQ Capital will attempt to review refund requests within a reasonable time.

Refund processing time may depend on:

  • Internal review
  • Payment provider confirmation
  • Bank processing time
  • Transaction status
  • Dispute or fraud checks

12. Refund Method

Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method where possible.

TradeIQ Capital may use another refund method if required by technical, payment, or operational limitations.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal, TradeIQ Capital may suspend the related account, challenge, funded-stage eligibility, or reward review until the dispute is resolved.

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account termination and disqualification.

14. Abuse of Refund Policy

TradeIQ Capital may reject refund requests and suspend accounts where it detects:

  • Abuse of refund process
  • Repeated refund attempts
  • Fake payment claims
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Rule violations
  • Multiple account abuse
  • Misrepresentation

15. Changes to Refund Policy

TradeIQ Capital may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Updated policies may apply to future purchases. For active challenges, TradeIQ Capital will clearly state whether changes apply immediately or only to future purchases.
