Effective date

June 2, 2026

This page is part of TradeIQ Capital's public policy suite. It explains the platform's simulated evaluation model and should be read with the Terms, Rulebook, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Platform Nature

TradeIQ Capital provides an India-focused simulated trader evaluation and analytics platform. Users trade with virtual evaluation balances and are assessed against published rules, risk controls, and review standards.

The platform does not provide user deposits for live market trading, brokerage accounts, exchange access, order-routing authority, or ownership of real market positions.

What TradeIQ Is Not

TradeIQ Capital is not a stock broker, sub-broker, trading member, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, AIF, mutual fund, exchange, depository participant, or deposit-taking entity.

TradeIQ does not provide stock tips, buy/sell calls, portfolio management, research recommendations, investment advice, client fund management, market execution services, or assured returns.

Virtual Balances and Fees

Evaluation balances shown on the platform are virtual and simulated. They are not money, securities, deposits, prepaid instruments, margin, investments, loans, client funds, or property withdrawable by the user.

Plan fees are digital platform and evaluation access fees. They are not investments, deposits, brokerage balances, trading capital, securities subscriptions, pooled capital, or margin.

Reward Review

Passing an evaluation does not create automatic income, reward approval, funded-stage access, employment, account continuation, or live trading access.

Rewards, if any, are discretionary and subject to successful evaluation, KYC, rule verification, fraud and integrity checks, risk review, tax/compliance requirements, and manual approval.

Indian-Market Focus

TradeIQ currently focuses on Indian listed-market simulation. Unless expressly enabled in the active Rulebook or Instrument Policy, TradeIQ does not support US stocks, foreign stocks, forex, crypto, CFDs, commodities, offshore products, or third-party broker accounts.
