Legal Terms
Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to TradeIQ Capital.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TradeIQ Capital website, platform, dashboards, evaluation challenges, trade journal features, payment flows, account review process, reward eligibility process, and related services.
By creating an account, verifying your email or OTP, purchasing or activating an evaluation challenge, submitting trades, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and No Investment Advice Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
TradeIQ Capital is a simulated trader evaluation and analytics platform.
The platform allows users to participate in structured trading evaluation challenges where performance, risk control, consistency, drawdown discipline, and rule compliance may be reviewed.
TradeIQ Capital is currently focused on the prop trading evaluation model. The platform does not operate as an investment advisory platform, portfolio management service, broker, exchange, research analyst, signal provider, copy-trading platform, or assured-income product.
3. No Investment Advice
TradeIQ Capital does not provide investment advice, trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, research recommendations, portfolio advice, financial planning, or copy trading services.
Any dashboard analytics, performance report, or risk feedback shown on the platform is for retrospective performance assessment and rule compliance review only. It should not be treated as a recommendation to enter, exit, hold, or avoid any trade.
Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.
4. Simulated Evaluation Environment
Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, evaluation challenges are conducted using simulated capital or paper-trading style assessment accounts.
Simulated capital is not the user's money. It does not represent a deposit, investment, loan, security, or client fund held by TradeIQ Capital.
Challenge performance is used to evaluate a trader's discipline, rule compliance, risk control, and potential eligibility for further review.
5. Eligibility
To use TradeIQ Capital, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and exchange rules.
- Not be restricted, suspended, or prohibited from using trading-related platforms.
TradeIQ Capital may refuse access, suspend accounts, or request additional information where required for platform safety, payment review, or account review.
6. Account Registration and Security
Users may be required to register using their name, email, phone number, password, OTP verification, and other account information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must not:
- Share your account with another person.
- Use someone else's identity.
- Create fake or duplicate accounts to abuse the platform.
- Attempt to bypass verification, rules, payments, or risk checks.
- Misrepresent your trading activity or account information.
TradeIQ Capital may suspend or close accounts if suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or rule-breaking activity is detected.
7. Evaluation Challenges
Each evaluation challenge has its own rules, which may include:
- Performance target.
- Daily trailing drawdown.
- Overall trailing drawdown.
- Minimum trading days or active days.
- Minimum trade holding time.
- Maximum account duration.
- Maximum loss per trade.
- Allowed instruments.
- Prohibited trading behaviour.
- Review conditions.
- Reward request conditions.
Users must read and accept the rules before purchasing or activating a challenge.
TradeIQ Capital may show challenge rules on the website, dashboard, checkout page, or challenge workspace. The rules applicable at the time of activation govern that challenge unless otherwise stated.
8. One Step, Two Step, and Review-Path Challenges
TradeIQ Capital may offer different evaluation paths, including 1 Step, 2 Step, and funded-stage review-path challenges.
For funded-stage review paths, any review amount or allocation range is not guaranteed. Any allocation depends on performance metrics, risk behaviour, consistency, rule compliance, KYC, manual review, and approval.
Displayed review ranges are potential eligibility ranges only and should not be treated as automatic funded-stage access, assured income, or live trading access.
9. Challenge Failure and Disqualification
A challenge may fail or be disqualified if the user:
- Breaches daily drawdown limits.
- Breaches overall drawdown limits.
- Fails to meet performance targets or minimum trading requirements.
- Violates maximum loss per trade rules.
- Uses prohibited strategies or instruments.
- Manipulates manual trade entries.
- Enters false, delayed, or misleading trading data.
- Attempts to exploit bugs, pricing delays, or platform errors.
- Uses multiple accounts abusively.
- Engages in suspicious, fraudulent, or coordinated trading behaviour.
- Violates any platform rule or these Terms.
TradeIQ Capital may also manually review and reject a challenge where trading behaviour appears inconsistent with the platform's risk standards.
10. Manual Trade Entry and Data Accuracy
Where manual trade entry is available, users are responsible for entering accurate trade data.
TradeIQ Capital may use entered trades to calculate performance, rule progress, risk metrics, and evaluation results. Incorrect or manipulated trade entries may lead to correction, rejection, suspension, or disqualification.
If broker integration or market data integration is added later, system-calculated data may override manual entries where applicable.
11. Market Data and Platform Data
Market data, charts, prices, candles, or live updates shown on the platform may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or provided through third-party vendors.
TradeIQ Capital does not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or real-time market data unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
Market data is provided for platform functionality and evaluation context only. It is not a recommendation or advisory input.
12. Payments and Fees
Users may be required to pay an evaluation fee to activate a challenge.
Fees may vary by challenge type, simulated evaluation balance, offer, region, or time. The applicable fee will be shown before payment.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other supported providers.
A successful payment does not guarantee passing, funded-stage approval, reward approval, account continuation, income, or profit. It only grants digital access to the selected evaluation challenge according to the applicable rules.
13. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds are governed by TradeIQ Capital's Refund Policy.
In general, evaluation fees may be non-refundable once the challenge is activated, started, accessed, or used, except where required by law or where TradeIQ Capital specifically approves a refund.
Duplicate payments, technical payment failures, or accidental charges may be reviewed separately.
14. Funded Eligibility and Rewards
Passing an evaluation challenge may make a user eligible for funded-stage or reward review, but it does not create automatic funded-stage approval, rewards, income, or live trading access.
Review eligibility may depend on:
- Challenge completion.
- Rule compliance.
- Performance metrics.
- Risk review.
- Payment status.
- Account history.
- Suspicious activity checks.
- Internal approval.
Any rewards, approved performance reward shares, or funded-stage access are discretionary and subject to approval and applicable terms.
TradeIQ Capital may delay, reject, reduce, or cancel reward-review eligibility where rule violations, suspicious activity, incomplete account information, payment issues, platform abuse, or policy violations are found.
15. Reward Request Review
Reward requests, where applicable, are subject to manual review.
TradeIQ Capital may review:
- Account status.
- Trading history.

Users should not participate using borrowed money, emergency funds, or money they cannot afford to lose as fees.

Where possible, TradeIQ Capital may attempt to reduce disruption, but uninterrupted platform access is not guaranteed.

Users may also be bound by third-party terms where applicable.
21. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, software, dashboards, reports, branding, logos, text, layouts, workflows, and related materials belong to TradeIQ Capital or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials without permission.
22. User Content and Trade Data
Users may submit trade data, notes, profile information, documents, support messages, or other content.
By submitting content, users allow TradeIQ Capital to use it for account operation, evaluation, risk review, support, compliance, analytics, and platform improvement.

- The user violates these Terms.
- The user breaches challenge rules.

Termination may result in loss of challenge access, funded eligibility, pending review status, or reward eligibility.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeIQ Capital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform use, challenge failure, trading decisions, market movement, data issues, third-party failures, or account restrictions.

28. Changes to Terms
TradeIQ Capital may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms may be posted on the website or notified through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
For active challenges, TradeIQ Capital will clearly state whether new rule changes apply immediately or only to future challenges.
